We got snow!

The dusting we were suppose to get yesterday turned into 6-7 inches of snow. Surprise, Surprise! Took this photo this morning from our dining room window. The roads were pretty slick, but the sun is shining brightly today and it looks so pretty.
Have a great week!

STVABACCB08 - Friendship Blooms

I love inchies! So when I saw the challenge on Stamp TV I had to play!
For my 'anything but a card' I used 4 inches to create a faux tile by adhering them to individual inchie boards. Then I mounted them to a piece of diecut black cardstock. (What would we do w/o Nestabilities?) Although you can't see it in the photo, my inchies were 'glazed' by inking each inchie with VersaMark ink, and sponging them with Tim Holtz brushed corduroy distress ink. Next, I embossed them with clear embossing powder. IRL, they do look like little tiles!
I decided to use my little tiles to embellish a little birthday happy for my stash... What fun!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Supplies: Stamps - Friendship Blooms by Gina K. Designs; Paper - generic ivory, PTI select white cut into one inch squares, SU! basic black; Ink - Versafine onyx black, Tim Holtz brushed corduroy distress ink, Copics for coloring; Accessories - inchie boards, clear EP, Mikes sheer gold ribbon, Wyla, Inc. cotton trim.
