Pinecones

Happy Sunday and the start of Thanksgiving week.  Here's a card I made with the help of Card Patterns sketch 142. The digital image is from the Pinecones and Poinsettias set by My Digital Studio   The sentiment is from another MDS set called Hand-Penned Holidays.  I was able to recolor this solid image in Photoshop and also used Copics and pastels to add additional coloring and shading.  After cutting out the image/sentiment with a Spellbinders die, I covered the scallop circle with VersaMark ink; then heat embossed with clear EP mixed with dazzling diamonds.  Wish the colors didn't look so garish but sometimes my camera has a mind of its own!   I must have taken a zillion photos and this one is the best of the bad.  Grrrr...

I will be entering my card in the following challenges:

Thanks for stopping by!  Hope everyone has a great week!

  2. OMG Pat this is gorgeous! I just love it. Sorry about the missing inlinkz @ Pile It On! I have added your entry, but I am not sure if you wanted or not to be considered for the DT call. If you are interested just go ahead and enter your card again and add DT CALL next to your name and I will delete the entry that I added.
