Winter Wishes

Happy Sunday and the start of a new week.  I have been working on Christmas cards. ( I'm determined to not let things go until the last minute!)  Today I used Doodle Pantry's Winter Wishes Color set to make a window card .  I used the outline image  from the set and colored it with Copics and pastels as well as digitally.  The window die I used is the Grand Madison Window by poppystamps, Inc.  I created the valance with a bit of lace and a piece of seam binding (that I dyed myself) as well as a small poinsettia embellishment that has been in my stash forever.

I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Totally Gorjuss Challenge 153 -- Traditional Christmas Colors
Guylou's Inimitability -- Use your favorite "fancy" die cut
Inspire Me Friday 80 -- Anything Goes

Hope everyone has a great week.  Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Very, very cute Pat! I LOVE your window & the scene you created behind it....your coloring is wonderful! You always make the cutest cards my friend!!!!

I don't blame you for not waiting til the last minute for Christmas cards! I've been working on mine as well & I posted another one this morning ;-)

On my Mojo card; I used the 1" square punch to get my flagged ends. I wish we had a die for that but for the time being; that's what I'm using.
