Color Throwdown #13

Awesome colors for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge - Baja Breeze, More Mustard and So Saffron - which I combined into a Halloween card for my teenage cousin. I used lots of different punches and a decorative edge trimmer for all the scallops and bat embellishments. I also used a sheet of textured vellum which I layered over the Baja Breeze panel. Added some glitter and bling and Alex's card was done. Hope she likes it!! Supplies: Stamp - Studio G; Ink - Versafine onyx black; Paper: SU! Baja Breeze, More Mustard, So Saffron, PTI- textured vellum, generic white base; Accessories - Marvy and MS punches; Stampendous dot sparklers, SU! dazzling diamonds, dimensionals, clear EP.

  8. A perfect teenage card. Great use of colors -- and the softer oranges are a special touch, I think -- Halloween is sometimes too gaudy! Great job.
