CC203 Shirley's 2 Girls - My First Card!

I made this card for this week's color challenge on SCS. The combination this week is baja breeze, garden green and pacific point. This combo gave me a fit, but I guess that's why they call it a challenge (snort)!  Boy, do I wish this sentiment was true..... I love my new Cake Baker image and sentiment from Shirley's 2 Girls!  For this card, I stamped the image twice on white cardstock.  I cut out the cake baker portion of my second image and paper pieced the background, cake and plate. The rest of the image was colored by hand before attaching to my first image with dimensionals. What fun!

Supplies:  Stamps - Cake Baker (SG154) by Shirley's 2 Girls;  Paper - SU! baja breeze, garden green, pacific point and PTI white; Ink - Versafine onyx black, SU! summer sun for sponging the candles; Accessories:  Copic and Prismacolor markers, glaze pens, clear EP, buttons and dimensionals.
