CC256 MTSC59 -- KLM Mum Blossom

Hi everyone! We had more snow overnight and a 'big one' is expecting for this Friday-Saturday. Enough already... I'm ready for Spring! So how about some flowers? KLM Digital Designs just released this new image called Mum Blossom. Isn't it pretty!
Today's card also combines two challenges -- the color challenge on Splitcoast (CC256) and Mercy's sketch challenge (MTSC59). This week's colors were basic gray, bravo burgandy and crushed curry -- not the easiest to work with, but I think I got it to work. Mercy's sketch is a dream to work with and I am sure I will be using it again and again.
Thanks so much for stopping by and have a great day!
Supplies: Stamps - KLM Digital Designs - Mum Blossom, SU! Whimsical Words; Paper - SU! basic gray, bravo burgundy and crushed curry, crushed curry DP, generic white base; Ink - bravo burgandy, basic gray for sponging and Copic Markers for coloring; Accessories - EK corner punch, SU! oval punches, clear EP, Sizzix EF, Nestabilities, and dimensionals.

  3. Good for your for trying that challenging color combo. I read it and said "no way". the embossed and scallop cut panel is nice. Pretty flower.

Yup, I listed to Bob Ryan on channel 4 and he said at least 12" in the DC area. I bet we get more here in Washington County.
