Hi all! Doodle Pantry has posted a new Stock the Pantry Challenge (DPSTP5) on their blog. It's easy to play along -- just use a Doodle Pantry image. So don't be crabby -- get crafty and join in the fun! There are lots of prizes up for grabs. Click here for all the details.
Now about my card... I merged two Doodle Pantry images into one. First, I selected and cropped some of the grass from the Caterpillar Hug set. Then pasted it into a Word document. Next, I selected the outline png image from the Quirky Crab set and merged it on top. I colored the images including the sky and sand with Copic markers. Then I covered the crab and grass with a VersaMark pen before heat embossing with clear embossing powder. I also added "faux" sand for dimension. The DSP is also from the Quirky Crab set.
This card incorporates some wonderful challenges. Here is a list of the challenges I will be entering:
Sketch by Carly #38 -- Sketch
CAS-ual Fridays Challenge (CFC16) -- Embossing ( i used both heat and dry embossing.)
Sew Many Cards Challenge #65 -- Summertime
Digi's with Attitude Challenge #32 -- Anything Goes
Hope you have a great week and thanks for stopping by!
