Doodle Pantry New Release


Hi everyone, ready for a little Christmas in July to cool things off ?  Well, head on over to Doodle Pantry as Laurie has just released a wonderful selection of new sets, including some adorable Christmas sets.  Today, I am showcasing one of my favorites -- Quirky Snowmen.  This set comes with both outline and pre-colored images, digi papers and a great selection of fun sentiments.  Besides all that, this set is "free with a purchase" from July l through July 15. For my card, I used the outline images and had lots of  fun coloring them with Copics, and dressing them up with digital paper piecing, glitter, fun flock, and flower soft .  Then I added some small pearls for 'snow'.   I also included a poinsettia embellishment that I made with the help of a poinsettia die set by Spellbinders.

    It's a wonderful winter-card, but please read correctly, the theme at fun with shapes and more is "Fly agaric" and not only use something punched! Thanks ANDREA

    Ahhhh! I LOVE it!!!!! The pearls caught my eye right away and I had to jump right down the comments to share my first reaction before going back up to really look it over and then read your post. LOL

    Everything about this card it fabulous - she paper piecing on the snowmen really pulls it all together. Thanks for sharing such a cool card on such a hot day!
