Happy Saturday and the night we turn back the clocks... I must confess that I am not a big fan of the short days of winter, but I do love using snowy scenes for Christmas cards. This one is perfect for a friend who owns a home in Garrett County, Maryland where they received 2-3 feet of snow as a results of Hurricane Sandy. Yikes!!!
Now don't be shocked, but I actually did some stamping -- this snowy scene is from Papertrey Ink's Winter Hills set. I used Copics for coloring, and added a touch of pastels to the sky and dots of glitter for snow.
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Christmas Stampin' All Year Long CASL Challenge #35 -- Anything Goes
Fairy Tale Challenge #53 -- Monochrome with Dies and Punches
Raise the Bar Challenge #118 -- Anything Goes
Stampin' for the Weekend Challenge 20 -- Anything Goes
Paper Crafting Journey Challenge -- Ribbon or Twine
So glad you were able to stop by for a visit... thanks so much and have a great day!
