Hi everyone! Today starts a new challenge at Pile It On which is being sponsored by Doodle Pantry. The theme for this week's PIO Challenge #4 is animals. For my card, I used a fun image and sentiment from Doodle Pantry's So Sweet Mice. I used various Doodle Pantry digi papers to paper piece the image digitally. Coloring was done with Irojiten pencils and Copics markers. I used a Taylored Expressions banner die to create my banner and Spellbinders dies to frame the image and sentiment. This card was a lot of fun to create and I'm happy with how it turned out. Hope you like it too!
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
PIO Challenge #4 -- Animals
Craftyhazelnut's Patterned Paper January Challenge -- Use patterned paper on cards - anything goes
Aud Sentiment Challenge #98 -- Use any sentiment you like
The Crafting Cafe -- Anything Goes
Hiding in my Craft Room HIMCR #134 -- For a loved one
Sister Act Card Challenge #41 -- Anything Goes
Paper Pretties Wednesday Challenge PWC294 -- Anything Goes
Hope everyone has a great week. Thanks for your visit and Happy Crafting!

ReplyDeleteAdorable card, and I enjoyed reading about your digital paper piecing. Mind you, I haven't the slightest clue as to how this is done, but it sounds so intriguing. I've just begun to occasionally use digi-s, so I'm in the stone age! Loved the image & what a great way you used your digi papers for this cute little fella. Loving that dramatic chevron background too! TFS & Hugs (maybe one day you will do a tutorial on the digi paper piecing?)
