Good Morning, everyone! Sorry I have not posted in so long. We have been busy enjoying visits with family and friends, celebrating birthdays, as well as our anniversary...
I finally was able to get a card made last evening. I used a very fun and easy 'dryer sheet' technique, Essentially, you run your image face down through a Zyron; top with a used dryer sheet; then coat and press down glitter into the surface before taping off the excess . This technique adds lots of sparkle and a snowy look. Wish my photo was able to capture all the sparkle. For the background layer, I dry embossed a piece of cherry cobbler cardstock with a Sizzix embossing folder. Silver metallic paste was rubbed on the surface before heat embossing with silver embossing powder. I added some small silverr dots to the tree and finished with a ribbon and silver embellishment. I really like how this turned out and am happy to have another Christmas card to add to my stash.
