Happy Saturday! This is the first time I have stamped with rubbber in ages. I used a cute Penny Black stamp which I colored with Irojiten colored pencils. After cutting out the image, I adhered it to the scallop circle with dimensionals. This is my first try using two (new to me) colored pencil techniques -- scrumbling and the strike stroke.
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
Pile It On Challenge #31 -- Cute as Can Be!
Kaboodle Doodles Challenge #130 -- Birthday or any Special Day
Bearly Mine Challenge No #46 -- Anything Goes
Party Time Tuesday Challenge #79 -- Anything Goes
